Shopping with UbanShop

Orders and payment
Check product characteristics, variants, quantity, delivery arrangements and the total in GEL before placing an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Payment is by bank transfer; we arrange procurement after confirming receipt of funds. An order confirmation is separate from payment and dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil an order as agreed, we will contact you and arrange the applicable remedy or refund. We will not substitute a product, increase an agreed price or charge for an additional service without your agreement.
International fulfilment
Products may ship directly from international suppliers. Delivery estimates and any applicable shipping or import charges must be disclosed for the specific order before purchase. Supplier availability is checked before procurement. UbanShop remains your contact for order issues.
Returns, defects and privacy

Applicable law and complaints
Mandatory Georgian consumer protections apply and are not excluded by these terms. Contact us to resolve a complaint; you retain the right to approach the competent consumer authority or court. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order.
