Check your order status
Open the order confirmation email from UbanShop and select the link to view your order. You can also sign in to your customer account with the email address used at checkout.
Awaiting payment means we have not yet confirmed receipt of your bank transfer. Paid means your payment has been confirmed; it does not mean your parcel has shipped.
Shipment tracking
After the supplier provides shipment details, we add the tracking number and available carrier link to your order. Tracking may not show movement until the carrier scans the parcel. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately.
If no tracking is available or a delivery appears delayed, contact ubanshop@outlook.com with your order number. We will check the shipment with the supplier or carrier.
