UbanShop serves customers in Georgia. Availability for your exact address depends on the product and carrier. Enter your full name, phone number, municipality or city, village if applicable, postal code and complete delivery address. Use the additional address field for a building, entrance or useful directions.
Which currency is used?
Customer prices and order totals are in Georgian lari (GEL / ₾).
How do I pay?
Payment is by manual bank transfer. See payment instructions. We process the supplier order after confirming receipt of payment.
How long does delivery take?
There is no single delivery time for all products. Supplier processing, shipping method and destination affect the estimate. Check the product-specific information before ordering. Contact us if the estimate is missing.
Can I return an item or report a problem?
See our returns policy. Please report damage or another problem as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days. This request does not shorten your statutory rights.
Is there a warranty?
An additional commercial warranty applies only where expressly stated for the product. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain separate. See warranty and defective products.
