Delivery within Georgia
UbanShop is intended for customers in Georgia. Products may be shipped directly from international suppliers, including suppliers on Alibaba. The place of dispatch, delivery method and estimated processing and transit times must be checked for the particular product and destination before ordering.
We do not promise a universal delivery period. If a product has no delivery estimate or shipping charge, contact ubanshop@outlook.com before ordering. Any longer delivery period must be agreed before the order is placed; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Payment and dispatch
We arrange the supplier order after your bank transfer reaches our account and is confirmed. Payment confirmation is separate from dispatch. Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.
Your address
Provide the recipient's first and last name, reachable phone number, city or municipality, village where applicable, postal code and full address. Include apartment, building, entrance and useful directions in the additional address field. Remote-address service and collection arrangements depend on the carrier; we do not guarantee door delivery to every address.
Tracking and delays
We add the supplier's tracking number and available carrier link to your Shopify order when received. You can follow the order confirmation link or your customer account. Carrier updates may appear after the first parcel scan. Contact us if the agreed delivery period is exceeded, tracking stops or the parcel is reported delivered but has not arrived.
Shipping charges and customs
Check the delivery charge and order total before confirming your order. International parcels may require customs processing. Any applicable import charges and who pays them must be clarified before purchase; do not assume every shipment is exempt or all charges are included. We will not treat an undisclosed charge as automatically accepted. Customs or carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights.
