Bank transfer in GEL
UbanShop uses manual bank transfer. Place your order first and use only the bank details provided with your order. If bank details are missing, contact ubanshop@outlook.com before paying.
Transfer the exact order total in Georgian lari (GEL) and include your order number in the payment reference. Do not pay a supplier directly for an order placed with UbanShop.
When your order is processed
Your order remains awaiting payment until we confirm that the funds have reached our account. A transfer screenshot is not confirmation that funds have been received. After confirmation, we arrange the supplier order and update your payment status.
Payment confirmation does not mean the parcel has shipped. Shipment and tracking information are added separately once available. For a payment mismatch or an accidental duplicate transfer, email us with your order number and transaction reference. Never send online banking passwords or verification codes.
