Data and purposes
We process the contact and delivery details you provide, order contents, payment references and confirmations, support correspondence and evidence submitted for claims. Shopify also processes technical data, such as device, IP address, cookies and store interactions, to operate and secure the service. Do not send banking passwords, verification codes or full card details to us.
We use necessary data to respond to enquiries, fulfil orders, reconcile bank transfers, arrange delivery, handle returns and meet legal obligations. Contract performance, legal obligations and applicable lawful security interests provide the relevant bases; marketing requiring consent is separate from order communications.
Recipients and international processing
Necessary information may be shared with Shopify, our email provider, banks, logistics companies and the supplier fulfilling an order. For direct international fulfilment, the recipient's name, address, phone number and necessary order details are shared with Alibaba and/or the selected supplier and carrier, which may be outside Georgia, including China. Such transfers require an applicable lawful basis and safeguards; placing an order does not waive your data protection rights.

Retention, choices and rights
We keep information only as needed for the order, support, applicable record-keeping duties and legal claims. Access is limited to those who need it for those purposes. You may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Some records must be retained under legal obligations. You may complain to the competent Georgian supervisory authority or court.
Where cookie choices are presented, you can manage non-essential cookies there; browser controls can also restrict cookies, although some store functions may be affected. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time. Changes to this notice will be published here with any additional notice required by law.
