Free standard shipping across Georgia
Standard shipping is included for products available to order on UbanShop unless a product page or checkout clearly states otherwise. Delivery is available to eligible addresses in Georgia.
Processing and estimated delivery
Each product can have a different processing and delivery estimate. The estimate shown on the product page or at checkout is the relevant estimate for that item and destination. Unless a different period is expressly agreed, delivery will be arranged without undue delay and within the period required by Georgian law.
Separate packages
Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate packages. Individual packages may arrive on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available. Separate delivery does not mean that the remaining items were omitted.
Address and contact details
Provide the recipient’s full name, reachable phone number, city or municipality, village where applicable, postal code and complete address. Include apartment, building, entrance and useful directions where relevant. Delivery availability for remote addresses depends on the carrier.
Tracking, delays and customs
Tracking can take several days to update after dispatch. Contact us if the agreed delivery period is exceeded or a tracking event appears incorrect. International parcels may undergo customs processing. Shipping is free, but any applicable import tax or customs charge is separate unless the product page or checkout expressly states that it is included. We will not treat an undisclosed charge as accepted.
