Where do you deliver?
UbanShop delivers eligible products across Georgia. Standard shipping is free unless a product page or checkout clearly states otherwise.
Which currency is used?
All storefront prices and order totals are shown in United States dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may convert USD into your account currency.
How long does delivery take?
Processing and delivery times depend on the product, fulfilment location, carrier and destination. Check the product page and checkout before ordering. Unless a different period is expressly agreed, delivery will be arranged without undue delay and no later than the period required by Georgian law.
Can one order arrive in several packages?
Yes. Items may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations and can arrive on different dates. Tracking is provided for each shipment when available.
How do quantity discounts work?
Eligible carts receive an automatic discount: 2–4 items receive 10% off, 5–9 items receive 15% off, and 10 or more items receive 20% off. The highest eligible tier applies automatically; tiers do not stack. Exclusions, if any, are shown before payment.
Can I return an item?
Where the statutory distance-sale withdrawal right applies, you can notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Exceptions apply. See Returns and refunds.
What if an item is damaged, wrong or incomplete?
Email us promptly with your order number and evidence that helps show the issue. Early reporting, preferably within 7 days, helps us investigate but does not shorten your statutory rights.
Is there a warranty?
Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods apply. An additional commercial warranty exists only when the product page expressly states its provider, duration, territory and conditions.
